How much sleep is enough sleep? Six hours? Nine hours? Does age matter when it comes to sleep duration?

To answer these questions accurately, sleep experts from the National Sleep Foundation and medical experts from organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Geriatrics Society, the American Psychiatric Association and the Society for Research in Human Development, recently conducted a rigorous review of the most up-to-date research on the topic.
